  The condo is located on the beach in  Carolina Beach, NC.  The town of Carolina Beach is located about 15 miles from Wilmington, NC.  The town has everything to offer: Great Beaches,  NC Aquarium, Great Restaurants, Charter Fishing Trips, Golf Courses, a lively Carolina Beach and just a short drive to the Historic Downtown of Wilmington NC!!

Availability, Rates & Rental Information:

  This great spot is available all year long.  Rates vary depending on time of year. It is  rented  from 2 PM Saturday to 11 AM the following Saturday.

June 1st through Sept 15th

$950 per week.

Weeks Available as of 17 AUG 08;

13-16 SEPT

 27 SEPT-4 OCT

 Week and Weekend Rates after Labor Day Weekend

Weekly $550        Weekends $225

    In order to provide more affordable rates, it is the renter's responsibility to clean the condo

to the level it was when they arrived. Cleaning supplies are provided.
